  I do not recommend. I ordered 4 bottles of alcohol. I received 3 because they did not have one but there was no information about it when ordering. I have received emails that my order is packed, on the way, but they have not confirmed that they are sending an incomplete order. I received a cashback for this one bottle, but the return for the delivery for which I paid no (I paid for the delivery of 4 bottles not 3). They could inform me after placing the order that they do not have the goods and do not find out when receiving the package. Not a competent company.

  Highly not recommended. Ordered 12 bottles of ginger beer for Christmas soft drinks for a person who extremely appreciates this beverage and it's not always easy to find it in Belgium. Recieved 12 bottles of some unwanted rose limonade instead. I sent very polite and friendly email asking if it's a mistake and how we can arrange that. Saying nothing that their mistake (or intentional getting rid of the stock) kinda spoiled planned drinks the christmas dinner. No answer. I send a reminder. No reaction. I call. The guy says if it's a mistake, i should have already been automatically reimbursed. Nothing. Calling again in couple of weeks. They say they will come back to me in couple of days. It's been more than a month. Still nothing. Do not order here. They are not responsible nor professional.

  I recently ordered 4 kegs, but only two of them had arrived. The other 2 had therefore remained sealed. I have requested a label to return these two unopened kegs (within 14 days). However, it was then said that they can only receive the entire unopened order. When I pointed out to them that the right of withdrawal applies not only to the entire order, but also to parts of the order, I received nothing in response other than their general terms and conditions. As far as I'm concerned, the service there leaves a lot to be desired.

  Very satisfied with the whole shebang. Sometimes I have to wait longer for confirmation than I am normally used to. But well satisfied. Friendly lady!

  Very happy with the service. Everything went smoothly and the Le Chouffe glasses I received are really beautiful. Happy with it!
