  ABSOLUTELY POOR delivery service. A lot of time is wasted if you follow their online tracking system. I wasted 3 days because they publish wrong information online and than at the last moment inform that the delivery is late. MUST AVOID.

  Rude customer service. I have now had to call 3 times to ask where my delivery is (after I received a confirmation email). Answer: that email (which they send themselves) is incorrect and you should ignore it, they do not intend to change it and there will be no minimal apology. They ignore commitments made by colleagues and do not take them seriously. They will decide when they will come, even if you pay 140 euros per delivery, they will (hopefully) let you know the day before, "they say". Since the doors were delivered to them, I have been waiting for 1.5 weeks for them to do their job: deliver items. Disgraceful management and extremely rude. I hope I never have to work with this again. I sincerely hope that good companies like Schreuder & Co will stop working with such an anti-social company like ACE in the future!!   Very bad when it comes to delivery, they do not keep their agreements and when it is delivered you have to help unload it yourself because the driver thinks it is too heavy

  Ordered floor, received track and trace. On the delivery date we were not home, called for another delivery date that was no problem. Just delivered nicely on the indicated time, together with the friendly driver quickly unloaded everything. Excellent company, good service
