    Such a disorganized business! You have to call for help, give out your information 5 times!!! Name, mail, adres, postcode, mobile number, company name. Takes forever and then they say they are going to call you back... when they finally do all they have for me is "we cannot help you, you have to figure it out yourself". Is that why we pay a monthly amount that includes 24/7 support? How can you do business like this in 2024 completely boggles me. As soon as our contract runs out, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

    I totally regret buying the kassa system from this company!! I should had searched for another with quality and betterprice!! Service so bad, employees lack of knowledge! I pay a monthly fees of 80 euros, but when I need their help they are so slow and unqualified! I had a problem with the connection of the pinautomaat, one employee told me it's with the IP address, after a day I called back and another employee said "no it's not the IP address, it's the pinautomaat itself! I call on Saturday, I stay online more than 15 minutes with no answer! And I'm still waiting for someone to answer, seems they work from home and having a free day off, don't care about customer service!! It's true that dutch companies don't care about customer service and satisfaction, they just want to collect money, and showing you that they are professional, but it's not true!

    Kelly and Louise always respond quickly and decisively. They are friendly and helpful to deal with. The supplied PIO devices always function properly and any aftercare provided is excellent. The application process has recently been automated, which is a shame and not an improvement for me. I prefer to deal directly with Kelly and Louise.
