    Excellent experience here! The store manager, Regina, is fantastic. She and her colleagues were tremendously helpful when it came to selecting a couch from many options and helping us squeeze everything into our rental car. The store has a good selection, and on Saturdays, you can access a fabulous outlet section of the store with wonderful pieces for good prices (even cheaper than IKEA in some cases!). Highly recommend!

    I'm really disappointed about the after sales of fonq. 2,5 year ago I bought a movable parasol base of 100 kg for over 400 euros at fonq. After 2,5 years the parasol base suddenly broke in half. As I felt that a product like this should last way longer than 2,5 year I contacted fonq. Because this order was fulfilled by a partner, fonq referred me to this partner. Only when I got no reply from their partner and noted that the website was down, fonq realized that their partner went bankrupt and was no longer in business. Because the partner was responsible for handling warranty, fonq informed me that they couldn't do anything for me. They also noted that, even if they would have been the contract party, they would not have been able to help me because the warranty period of 2 years had pasted. And that I had to accept that products sometimes last shorter than I might expect. Legally it might be correct that fonq is not the contract party, but I had hoped that they would care more for their customers and had tried to find some middle ground with me in the scenario. Even more disappointing to me is the remark that products sometimes just last shorter than you might expect. Which I think is totally bizar when it is about a 100 kg stone that spontaneously brakes in half. And I expect it is not in line with the legal right a customer has to expect that they can use a product in a normal way for a certain period of time.

    Ordered some furniture at Dec 3, with arrival time estimated 4-6 weeks. Ended up arriving On Jan 23. Items are good, and during that time period a delay is expected. Communication could be better.

    If I can give negative stars , I will. I placed an order for a garden set at their website . After the order was placed , there was no communication what so ever. One day, their driver showed up outside and unloaded the package in my car porch and almost walked away. I caught him on camera and managed to grab him before he ran away to sunset. He said he was told that I authorized delivery in the car porch . Which obviously I didn't. So basically, they authorized something on my behalf , didn't communicate about the delivery, and now they are not responding to my emails. What is more unprofessional and disrespectful than that ? On top, the item i bought via them was 50 euro cheaper on the seller on the website . All is all i don't recommend this company . Clearly, here are so many reviews here where people are unhappy with their customer service, and that's because their customer service is worst of all .

    I am really disappointed with my experience with FonQ. I ordered a dining table on November 20th, and after weeks of waiting, I received only 1 out of 3 boxes on December 15th. I contacted customer service, and they explained there was a logistics issue, which led to my order being canceled. While I understand these things can happen, I reordered on December 17th—and once again, I only received 1 box out of 3, this time a different box on January 6th! Now, they don’t respond to my inquiries, and they have no idea where the other two boxes are. This entire process has been a complete nightmare—poor communication, repeated errors, and no resolution in sight. I expected much better service. I won’t be shopping with FonQ again.
