I hope that PostNL will soon have another logistics carrier operating in our area!! Never had such poor service before... packages arrive much, much later or not at all. We have never had any problems until December 31, 2024, but since BenB couriers it has been a real drama!!

Next time please deliver my package at home and not take it directly to the pick-up point. I was just at home. Up to 3 times. Moreover, the pick-up point in question (OJMD) is completely inconveniently located and certainly not the closest for me (but for the driver by any chance?)

I stand at the door during the day during the week to drop off a DPD package. Door closed. No one present. No note on the door or anything. Several people are waiting, including a PostNL bus. No one knows what is going on. Eventually, the PostNL delivery person reports - after calling - that everyone from Barthen & Barthen Transport is in the depot for a meeting. They will probably be open again later that day. Yes, then I will cycle another 15 km to drop off a package, right?! And if they are there, you often have to wait minutes until they are finished on the phone with pleasant PRIVATE (!) conversations. Madness! PS. in response to the response: I did not come for PostNL but for DPD. From now on, first read the review carefully and do not immediately respond blindly. And work-related phone calls are fine, but if customers are waiting and an employee clearly continues a private conversation for minutes, then that feels like bullying. Finally, a solution to prevent customers from standing in front of a closed door during your opening hours is very simple, I can give it to you right away: Make sure that someone is always present during opening hours. And if you are closed for a few hours during the day due to a meeting, first adjust the opening hours on Google Maps, then people will not be waiting in front of the door for nothing.

What a terrible shit company, for the umpteenth time the message: Package is going to depot because you are not at home, SO PLEASE BE AT HOME. They were hired by PostNl so that is also bad for their advertising... DO NOT HIRE B&B Couriers, they are just lazy guys...🤮 P.S, And then receiving the answer below says enough about the company's mentality towards customers because it has nothing to do with system errors and I wrote that we were at home.
