  The bank closed its branch in Helmond. To open a children's card, I had to book an appointment in Eindhoven. At the same time, Rabobank has a branch in Helmond. ING Bank is cutting its costs at the expense of customer convenience. I took all the necessary documents to the meeting, but the employee was still unable to order a children's card. I think this is because the staff does not have sufficient rights to work in the system. The employee himself was friendly, but I wasted time and money on a trip to the ING Bank office. In the room where visitors wait for the meeting, there are not even sockets to charge a phone. But they found a place for a paid coffee machine. This is about the bank's attitude to its clients. I advise you to think about whether it is worth opening an account there.

  Im a client of the bank for 15 years. They refused to help, not even trying, me and told me i can make it via internet. Had to go to Ben Bosh office and they helped and fix my problems with a smile.

  I'm so impressed. We came in without an appointment and with very low expectations. It was quite busy inside so the medewerker told us to sit down and wait. The waiting area is very cozy, it didn't feel like being in a queue at all. We got free tea, chocolate and nice ambient music while waiting. After a 15-20 minutes wait we were served by a very calm, friendly and professional lady. We got our business sorted out and were even given a reimbursement of a fee we brought on ourselves because of our own misunderstanding. Amazing.
