  Mio marito ed io siamo stati all'Holiday Inn dal 13 al 20 aprile e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza straordinaria. Se stai visitando e stai cercando un posto confortevole ed economico, è proprio questo! La colazione inclusa è stata una piacevole sorpresa: non solo la solita tariffa continentale, ma anche deliziosi piatti locali come jonny cakes e saltfish, platani, provviste, polpette di lenticchie e ceci e altro ancora. Tutto il personale era incredibilmente cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Il loro servizio è stato davvero impeccabile. Sebbene l'hotel sia abbastanza nuovo, è molto ben tenuto e pulito. C'è anche una palestra e un servizio di lavanderia a disposizione degli ospiti, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più conveniente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Un enorme ringraziamento allo staff di IHG Holiday Inn per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole!

  Ho soggiornato qui dal 4 all'8 marzo 2025. Scusate per il ritardo nella recensione ma meglio tardi che mai. Vorrei riconoscere due dipendenti eccezionali, Rachel e Kay-ana (ho dimenticato come si scrive il suo nome). Sono stati molto utili e mi hanno aiutato con la maggior parte del mio viaggio in aereo. Questo hotel è il miglior Holiday Inn Express che abbia mai avuto. Altamente raccomandato e ottimo anche il prezzo. Hanno anche una piscina e una palestra

  Very new hotel. Super clean and beautiful rooms. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They had a coffee station for use anytime. They even setup breakfast half an hour early for our group so we could eat before our flight. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and helpful

  Che esperienza fantastica ho avuto in questo hotel. Il miglior servizio clienti che abbia mai ricevuto soggiornando in un hotel. Il personale era molto competente, cordiale, commovente, professionale e molto disponibile. Ogni giorno rifacevo il letto, la mia camera era pulita, tutto ciò che chiedevo o di cui avevo bisogno veniva fornito. E non parliamo della colazione. Non mi è mai capitato di andare in un hotel e di svegliarmi con l'ora di fare colazione in un hotel come ho fatto in questo hotel. Wow, è stato fantastico.

  My wife and I came home to SVG for a short vacation and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Diamond from February 4th to 11th 2025. We have stayed in several hotels displaying the IHG membership before but none of those stays can ever be compared to our stay in SVG. The staff at this Hotel treated us like we were ROYALTY. As we pass the security at the booth our ROYAL treatment started. The staff at the front desk, the Gardener, the Breakfast staff, the Room Service Staff were professional beyond anything we have ever experienced. St Vincent and the Grenadines is well represented by the staff of this hotel. THEY ARE VINCENTIAN AMBASSADORS. WHAT A REPRESENTATION. Words cannot convey our appreciation. We will be encouraging friends and family alike to go and experience for themselves. Tears came to our eyes when we were leaving. OH yeah I was looking forward to BREAKFAST every morning. THANK YOU AGAIN and AGAIN.
