  My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn from April 13–20, and we had an amazing experience. If you’re visiting and looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place, this is it! The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise — not just the usual continental fare, but also delicious local dishes like jonny cakes and saltfish, plantains, provisions, lentil and chickpea patties, and more. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service was truly impeccable. Although the hotel is fairly new, it’s very well maintained and clean. There’s also a gym and laundry service available for guests, which made our stay even more convenient. We will definitely be staying here again. Huge thanks to the staff of IHG Holiday Inn for making our stay so enjoyable!

  I stayed here from 4-8march2025.. sorry for the late review but better late than never. I would like to recognized two outstanding employees, rachel and kay-ana(i forgot how to spell her name). They were very helpful and assisted me with most of my travel plane. This hotel is the best holiday inn express i ever had. Highly recommended and great price too. They also have a pool and gym

  Very new hotel. Super clean and beautiful rooms. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They had a coffee station for use anytime. They even setup breakfast half an hour early for our group so we could eat before our flight. The breakfast staff were also very attentive and helpful

  What an awesome experience I had at this hotel. The best customers service I have ever had given staying at a hotel.The staff were very knowledgeable, Friendly, heartwarming, and professional and very helpful. Everyday I had my bed make, my room was clean, whatever I ask or needed was provided. And let’s not talk about breakfast. I have never when to a hotel and wake up looking forward to breakfast at a hotel like I did at this hotel.Wow it was amazing.

  My wife and I came home to SVG for a short vacation and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Diamond from February 4th to 11th 2025. We have stayed in several hotels displaying the IHG membership before but none of those stays can ever be compared to our stay in SVG. The staff at this Hotel treated us like we were ROYALTY. As we pass the security at the booth our ROYAL treatment started. The staff at the front desk, the Gardener, the Breakfast staff, the Room Service Staff were professional beyond anything we have ever experienced. St Vincent and the Grenadines is well represented by the staff of this hotel. THEY ARE VINCENTIAN AMBASSADORS. WHAT A REPRESENTATION. Words cannot convey our appreciation. We will be encouraging friends and family alike to go and experience for themselves. Tears came to our eyes when we were leaving. OH yeah I was looking forward to BREAKFAST every morning. THANK YOU AGAIN and AGAIN.
