  I happen to want to try a certain product, but the one on display was broken. I ask for advice and the person I'm with does not help at all. So I decide to buy it. I'm not satisfied with my purchase, so I want to return it, but can't get a full refund? That's right, they will take up to 20% off your refund. Appalling!! I will never buy electronics here ever again!

  I had one of the most amazing experiences! I wanted to buy something from there, as a EU professional with a working base in another European country, I could be exempted from the TVA. The staff was super gentle and trying to help me for more than 1,5 hours until my issue would be resolved. All their efforts proved fruitful, and I am so happy I chose this place to buy. I will definitely prefer them again in the future. Also, they have everything you may need in their huge shop in the centre of Lille. Totally recommended 👌 👍
