  I purchased a sauna from Fonteyn in January 2025 and this has just been delivered and installed by their team. The customer service and communication from this company from start to finish has been excellent. The installation was not the easiest of projects for them, but their installation team were superb. Hard working, high standards and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  They never react back to emails, and when you visit their store, you've to wait 45 minutes to sit down with a seller who doesn't care about the (potential) buyer. The store looks decent, and the advisors/staff walking around in the store are helpful. But for some reason, when we're making our first step to buy, they look completely disinterested. They mail me the offer. And after that, it stays silent. No matter how often I mail them back. I seriously wanted to buy. There is no haggling or us trying to lowball the product or trying to lower the price. In fact, we wanted to add even more options. But after every visit. We never receive an email back. Never.
