  The sauna itself was fine, nothing to complain about. The communication on the other hand.. We went to the counter at most fifteen minutes before time with an online ticket with evening rate. They just helped us there without telling us that we were too early, and therefore had to pay a surcharge of € 20,- afterwards. Ridiculous! For that money we could have waited a bit longer, we didn't book evening rate for nothing.. If you really look so strictly at the minute, you should mention that there is a surcharge if you report a bit earlier. Very inhospitable!!

  Bought a Wellness Gift card worth €53.95 via their website. This would be sent by post. We did not receive a shipping receipt or tracking code from this post. Even via the Post NL app, we did not see any mail coming our way. This company is unreachable by telephone! Communication by email is also very poor. We wanted to give the card as a gift for a birthday. Now that we have still not received the card, we demand our immediate return. What a lousy service, you should be ashamed of yourself

  Bewellness itself and also all their resorts cannot be reached by phone if you have to cancel or change for personal reasons. Very annoying if you are already very ill or have other unpleasant personal circumstances. Then you just want to handle these kinds of things quickly and easily, but they make it very difficult for you.
