  I have ordered my new infrared sauna (Medicab-1 cabin) from VIP Saunas through their web page and by e-mails. After some negotiations they prepared a very attractive offer, including a substantial price reduction, some extras, free delivery and free on-site installation. The delivery was according to the agreed time slot and the installation was quick and easy. The expert performing the delivery and the installation was very polite, helpful and he thoroughly explained how to use the sauna. We use the sauna regularly and we are fully satisfied with the product and services of VIP Saunas, I can only recommend them!

  Excellent service. Ordered model with a nice price, but when asked, the long delivery time from China unfortunately took much longer than expected. VIP Saunas then presented us with a deal for an even more luxurious sauna with a special price and which was available from stock. Agreed and delivered a week later. Very expertly put together here by the driver Marcel. Highly recommended.

  Nice sauna for a great price. The Triple Heater is really great; choice of 3 different types of radiators. Nice contact with Francois, who took the time to answer my many questions. I ultimately opted for the sauna with triple heaters, including installation. Installation was a snap. Nice system. The technician does need assistance to carry the 4 panels to the right place. So make sure there is someone who can help with this. They are, with the exception of 1, not heavy. He didn't need any help with the installation itself. The delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Payment can be made in advance or upon delivery. It has only just been installed, but has been used twice so far and I like it very much. Hopefully it will last for years to come.

  If only I had read these reviews when I placed our order. Like so many others here, I received a very solid and reliable-sounding explanation from the seller on the phone. The purchase went smoothly. Delivery would be made on demand as soon as our renovations were sufficiently advanced. We had to count about three weeks from call to delivery. So that turned out to be three months, but then things suddenly went fast. We also received a symbolic discount for the long wait. The cabin was delivered and installed exactly as agreed. Only then I was suddenly asked for some screws. They were part of it, but were missing. Luckily I had something at home that could serve. It came across as very amateurish. The instructions for use were also missing. That was always part of it and would be followed up. We wait patiently... In the meantime I received some explanation, where the men disagreed several times about the use and advice, and there were settings that they both had to guess about. In the meantime, we use the cabin to the best of our ability, hope that everything is safe, and regret having chosen this company. The same evening of delivery we saw the identical cabin for 300 euros less! For the price we could have left it alone.

  Recently purchased an infrared sauna. Delivered quickly and neatly installed. Salt wall was not included, arrived today together with a new aroma jar. This had already fallen off the shelf twice. If she had given a tip, it might have been followed up. Fast service and good advice, big 10
