    I don't even know why I still use the savings bank. I'm not a pensioner, but the live service, which is difficult to access, is a big problem for me. Also the high account costs. It's a shame that the main branch can no longer be used for all purposes as it was then.

    Impudent and very cheeky on the phone. I had to call them because of a problem with online banking. The man on the phone showed extreme disinterest and talked down to me. Impossible really!

    Attention: Customer-unfriendly, unprofessional and inconsiderate! Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal impressively shows what a bank should not be: unfriendly, unprofessional and exclusively profit-oriented - without any moral responsibility. As long as you as a customer are financially stable, banks will support you with your money. But as soon as living conditions worsen and you actually need support, the true face of this bank becomes apparent. For years everything was going smoothly, but at the moment when I was looking for a solution to bridge a difficult phase, Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal didn't even try to talk to me or find an agreement. Instead I was sued straight away! For months I have been trying to find a fair solution to de-escalate the situation - without success. The bank has shown no interest in humanity or responsibility. Instead of looking for a sensible solution or entering into a settlement, it is better to recklessly drive people into insolvency. Whether families break up because of it, whether livelihoods are ruined - the Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal doesn't care about any of that. It's all about one thing: money, profit and control. Anyone who is considering taking out a loan here or committing themselves financially to this bank should be aware that they only count as a customer as long as it benefits the bank's business model. If you ever need real support, you will be dropped cold. My urgent advice: stay away from this bank! There are more serious and humane alternatives!

    The manner of communication was judgmental, derogatory and personal. I was put off on the phone for 3 days, promised callbacks were never made and a topic that required a 2 minute answer. Then, when I get sick with Corona, I get picked on, complain after 3 days and 4 employees later that nothing happens, only for someone to then talk to me in a derogatory, judgmental, arrogant and impertinent way and refuse me an overdraft (which is currently at 0) with the reason: "I couldn't handle money" lists my account with payroll, rent and my purchasing behavior with calculations of what maintenance costs would be per month!!! No service in the world should have such presumption and instruction about its customers, especially since they have an income. Even if that was/were the case and I used my overdraft facility consistently for 10 years, the bank would still get something out of it, because the interest isn't without it either! And why why why is nobody's business and the only person I would be allowed to judge myself would be my mother. P. S. I was constantly arrogantly warned not to interrupt him all the time, it made me feel bad even though I had said many times before that I had ADHD and therefore had difficulties with it. If the horizon is not enough, then unfortunately neither is the understanding! Thank you for 20 years and 3 generations of account fees, interest and annoyance in a time of inflation where the salary unfortunately does not match my rent and living expenses. Thanks for nothing. We broke up. Please don't stay in contact.

    Denies customers access to their own account statements despite immediate cash payment for the service. What a disgrace!!! Just say it on the phone and it will be handed over to you straight away at the counter. Then you stand at the counter with cash and you are told it will take 7 days and it will be sent to you. Too stupid to print out paper on site!
