  I wanted to buy a smarphone. I went to the shop in the morning, just 20 minutes after the opening. There were several employees (sellers) available and almost no customers. I asked the closest of them to help me. I had on my own phone the page of Mediamarkt with the phone I wanted to buy. I asked him if he could show me one. He just said, quite insolently "All are sold". I asked him if he had something similar to that one, he said, even more rude, "I don't know, check around". I left the shop immediately and went to the competitor. There, a very polite seller explained to me where to find the phone and I bought one. Mediamarkt should employ less nervy people. This one is young and already without patience and courtesy.

  For the third time when I decided to buy a product, I found out that the price is not the one I see in the label. Even worse, this time the product doesn't include all items listed in the label as well. I told a seller that I wanted a smartwatch and said that I could not see the earbuds included as the label says, if I should get them at the check out or what. The seller took a photo from label and took the product too to check with another coworker. When he came back, he told me that it was the version without accompanying earbuds, and that it was more expensive too. Of course I gave up the purchase. Ok, more expensive products with less items can be misplaced by mistake and end in a shelf for more complete and cheaper versions... ... ... but as I said this is the third time I experience the same issue of a product being indeed more expensive than the announced price. My advise to anyone shopping in this place, double check the price in a nearby price consulting terminal before taking the line to pay.

  It was really good how the staff assist me for my phone. Very friendly and very fast service. The location is perfect walking distance from city center. The place is clean and well organized.

  Problem is not enough of employees so u need to wait in queue of one-two employee for many minutes, I’m not even talking about shit products that I bought for 119 euro, and it’s all the time has connection problem. And they can only give repair service which is they say takes 3 week. My advice do not throw away your recipe otherwise u need to write customer service, and is better to buy with card, since u can proof with screenshot of when u bought, how much u paid.. and when.. I’ll try their customer service and repair too, and will edit my review again, for now frustrating. I’m thankful for some employees who has patient and gave me enough of information!

  Sellers just trying to sell without checking information. I bought a refrigerator and I checked multiple times whether it is possible to deliver it upstairs or not. They said “oh yeah” but on day of delivery “Surprise!” We cannot do it you should do it yourself. No apologies, nothing from the store. Very low quality service. If you have other option buy it anywhere else
