  I get a delivery email that says they will be there on Feb 9th between 2 and 4 pm. We're the 16th, no news, the tracking website doesn't work. I call (paying number...), the operator is borderline impolite, he takes forever to follow up the conversation when I hear him laugh with his colleagues (no idea why) and then says it will be delivered tomorrow (17th) then asks the address (why, I don't know, he should have it already) I give him the street, then he says goodbye, I ask if he wants the number maybe. He says oh yes. Totally unprofessional, maaaan, what's that clownish service?

  The man responsible for delivering the sofa to us today was really nice and kind to offer us a help in carrying the sofa up to our home on 4th floor. It was not easy and could not possibly be done so smoothly without his generous help. I am truly thankful for him!

  Actually not even worthy of 1 star. It could still happen an hour later than expected. I myself have been polite enough to call to say that I have to pick up my child from school for 10 minutes... of course, at that exact moment they are at the door, which can also happen, but without having to be patient. Then you have a doorstep delivery, but they just put it in the opening of the front door... I kindly asked them to just leave and lifted everything in myself. I will also report it to the company where the items were purchased so that they can better arrange another courier service. The boxes of the goods are also still broken. Worthless!

  Antisocial and dangerous driving behavior last weekend by the driver with the vehicle license plate: V-51-GVB area Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. Driver does not give priority, pushes you off the road and throws the bus everywhere.
