I don't really know anything about the building, but I do know that the dark-blue coloured letters are not readable in the night. Therefore, only 3 stars.

WARNING!!!!!! And especially the division BGL WONEN do not take a mortgage here the people who work here are the most customer unfriendly you can ever encounter. It is starting to get so bad that it seems as if this company is committing corporate suicide. They send threatening letters with false accusations that are totally unfounded, you have been warned, walk around this soulless business in a wide arc if a mortgage advisor suggests the Volksbank to you, smile at him kindly and say no thanks, you will certainly have another one on offer.

As a long-time satisfied customer of de Volksbank via the brands SNS and ASN, I am disappointed with the way in which the announced merger is being executed. SNS and ASN have always had a modern, transparent and digital approach—a style that is diametrically opposed to the traditional, intermediary-driven model of RegioBank. De Volksbank wants to merge its brands into one new formula. An understandable and strategically logical step: as a bank with multiple faces, you run the risk of losing your recognisability and effectiveness. By choosing one clear course, you can better focus on a broader, future-oriented target group that needs digital convenience and professional, personal advice. Nevertheless, the bank now seems to be trying to continue to serve all target groups—particularly those of RegioBank. But you can't be everything to everyone. Instead of clinging to the past, de Volksbank would do better to let go of the specific RegioBank target group with traditional expectations. This gives room to focus entirely on a combined ASN/SNS target group: modern customers who value transparency, sustainability, professional advice and digital support. What worries me most is that RegioBank advisors are already lobbying their customers to retain their trusted intermediary services—even before there is clarity about the new formula. This means that the merger is in danger of overshooting its target. There is a risk that the future-oriented ambition of this merger will be diluted in a weak compromise, in which modernity and efficiency are snowed under by nostalgia and conservatism. I hope that the head office of Volksbank has the courage to make a clear choice. Let this merger be an opportunity to truly innovate. Choose the strength of the ASN/SNS model: streamlined, professional, focused on complex advice and digital support. Without the opaque intermediaries that still characterize RegioBank. Let RegioBank offices choose: either join as an ASN store, or continue independently outside the Volksbank structure. Don't let RegioBank be an anchor in a time when speed is needed. Make this merger the basis for one strong, modern bank focused on the digital citizen who expects modern, sustainable and personal advice.

Volksbank is the parent company of...SNS, ASN Bank, RegioBank and BLG Wonen. A mother who cannot control her children. SNS in particular is the ADHD child that has been unmanageable for a long time. She is rude, gives incorrect information and makes too many mistakes and when she is spoken to, it becomes clear that there are various reasons for her misconduct. Staff shortages and system technical problems. I hope that the mother will make some serious adjustments to her child, because her child will lose many of her friends and no one will want to play with her anymore. In any case, I'm saying goodbye, all the best.

I accepted an appointment at the invitation of an employee, but upon arrival I was not given access to the parking lot. Would I like to park in the residential area? I have never experienced anything so inappropriate. Shameless! Of course you welcome guests with open arms, after all there is plenty of parking space, that is not the problem.
