    Opened cash accounts, but now that I want to close them, I cannot and may not withdraw them in cash and they refer to very restrictive and also expensive and time-consuming monetary measures! Why are deposits of cash and withdrawals allowed, but withdrawals are not allowed? Ridiculous!

    What an incredibly bad and formal bank. Even though they know that the money is for the payment of taxes for my pension, they still demand a statement from the Tax Authorities to unblock the account. I also have accounts for my Stamrecht B.V. at other commercial banks, but there is no difficulty at all. It seems as if only staff work here who want to adhere to internal procedures without knowing what they are talking about. Totally stuck in their own thinking and procedures. I can advise everyone to never, NEVER open an account here.

    Very bad service! My father was a customer and so was I, but the settlement after father's death was terrible. Then the wrong form, then the signature was rejected and now we have to wait 13 days for the deposit and closure of the account. The local advisors can only send email and wait...at this time

    12-1-2024 I had to apply for an overdraft due to no work and still have to pay my bill on Friday, my payment was normally 1 working day, but because the weekend is in between, it can be Tuesday, so 2 working days, okay. 16-01-2024 I call the regional bank to ask what the progress is, what they should check and would call me back, when they called me back, they said that it could take up to 5 days and that it is wrong on the website (there is nothing about how long the application takes on the website) I react quite irritated as I made agreements with customers who I could call again that I could only make the payment on Thursday, which they were also not happy with and even lost a customer. Because I react like that, the receiver is hung up, I have to call back myself and I am told that there was a technical fault, erm. but the head office made her apologize and they would take care of it urgently. 1/18/2024 After waiting all morning/part of the afternoon, I decide to call them back. I am told that the person in charge is not present, but that there is someone else who can answer my question and he will call me back at the end of the afternoon, this was at 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, I called the regional bank again and was told that they would call me back before closing time, but unfortunately I heard nothing. 19-01-2024 to be continued in short bad service staff don't know what they are talking about and if you don't like them you will be ignored I posted this review earlier to see how they will respond Well, I think they'll totally suffocate you because of this.
