  ENGLISH LANGUAGE : 4-star hotel with wellness center... arrived on May 12, 2024, the spacious room is comfortable but in the evening I was speechless... I noticed that the refrigerator was missing and I thought of calling the reception to ask why a 4-star hotel didn't have the minibar fridge in the room... but I couldn't call because the telephone was also missing... I had to get dressed and go to reception. The very kind lady replied to me that it was a managerial choice not to put refrigerators in the room, and that for the telephone there was a QR-Code with the numbers to call with your mobile phone. Too bad that a few days before I dropped it and broke the camera. But can a 4-star hotel not have a minibar and telephone in the room? What if a customer feels ill and doesn't have his cell phone, or his cell phone is out of battery? But it's not over, on the third day (15 May 2024) I enter the room and surprise, despite having put the card at 7.30 in the morning with the request to tidy up the room, I find the bed not made, with the pillows still crooked and only the bedspread pulled up !!!!! I went back to reception asking the lady to come and check by showing me the photos, she replied that she believed me and that she was sorry for what had happened... the fact remains that I had to make the bed myself…. then the kettle for herbal teas, the water was brown… I'm here for work but I will certainly never use this facility again. ITALIAN LANGUAGE Hotel 4 stelle con centro wellness… arrivato il 12 Maggio 2024, la camera spaziosa è confortevole ma la sera sono rimasto senza parole…mi sono accorto che mancava il frigorifero ed ho pensato di chiamare la reception per chiedere come mai un hotel 4 stelle non avesse il frigo minibar in camera… ma non potevo chiamare perché mancava anche il telefono… ho dovuto vestirmi ed andare in reception. La Signora molto gentile mi ha risposto che era una scelta manageriale di non mettere i frigoriferi in camera , e che per il telefono c’era un QR-Code con i numeri da chiamare con il proprio cellulare. Peccato che qualche giorno prima mi è caduto ed ho rotto la telecamera. Ma può un hotel 4 stelle non avere il minibar ed il telefono in camera? E se un cliente si sente male e non ha il cellulare , oppure ha il cellulare scarico? Ma non è finita, il terzo giorno (15 Maggio 2024) entro in camera e sorpresa, nonostante io abbia messo il cartellino alle 7:30 del mattino con la richiesta di sistemare l stanza, trovo il letto non rifatto, con i cuscini ancora storti e solo il copriletto tirato su !!!!! Sono tornato in reception chiedendo alla Signora di venire a controllare mostrando le foto , mi ha risposto che mi credeva e che era dispiaciuta dell’accaduto… resta il fatto che mi sono dovuto rifare il letto da solo…. il bollitore per le tisane poi, l’acqua era marrone…Sono qui per lavoro ma di sicuro mai più userò questa struttura.

  Non vale il prezzo pagato: sporco, incompiuto e fuorviante. Di solito non scrivo recensioni negative, ma questo soggiorno è stato sinceramente una delusione. Sembrava che il posto non fosse mai stato completato o che non fosse stato ristrutturato da anni. Sembrava più un cantiere che un hotel. La camera era sporca e chiaramente non pulita a dovere dopo l'ultimo ospite. C'erano macchie disgustose sulla moquette e la vasca da bagno aveva un buco: qualcuno aveva provato a ripararlo con del sigillante, ma chi riempie un buco di 10 cm come quello? Aveva un aspetto orribile e sembrava insicuro. Inoltre, ci hanno addebitato 1,50 € a notte come "tassa statale" e altri 1,50 € al giorno come "costo del servizio", ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcun servizio. Il personale ha offerto il parcheggio a 5 €, anche se su Hotels.com era chiaramente indicato che il parcheggio era gratuito. Sconsiglio di soggiornare qui. Ci sono opzioni migliori allo stesso prezzo.
