  Just superb! I can't fault anything but the price of the sparkling water, which was rudiculously expensive. The rest was just perfect! Thank you chef for sharing your stories and showing us around. We'll definitely come back when you earn that next star.

  A must visit for special occasions. The food was amazing, every dish better than the other. The staff were very nice and welcoming. All the dinner experience was great. Tasting menu recommended.

  Me and my girlfriend had a 7 course diner here and we absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, the sommelier knew everything about the food and all of the matching wines. (We took the wine arrangement) All of the staff (including the owner of the restaurant) was very kind and welcoming, and they made sure everything was taken care of. In short this was a spectacular experience. it was a really great experience.

  First of all, the location is definitely stunning. The castle, the waters around it. The restaurant itself doesn't hold that many tables, so it is a very comfortable atmosphere. The food was definitely stunning, each course was really good. I especially loved the langoustine and the dessert with yuzu and tropical fruits. The staffs were really friendly as well. They put little touches here and there to make the experience rounder. When they saw me with a clutch, the brought in a "sheep" (practically a small chair) for my bag. Also topping it a notch is the story on a rolled paper they gave us at the beginning. It makes the experience feel more magical.

  My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary tonight at Kasteel Heemstede. We cannot say just how much we enjoyed dinner with Ollie and his team. The food was absolutely first class, interesting, clearly lovingly prepared and fully matched by the service from his amazing team in this astounding location. It was an experience we will never forget and Ollie's personal touch came through in every aspect of the evening.
