  Booked a trip for my blind nephew. Was confirmed for an hour later. Then when we asked, after the car hadn't shown up, the rejection was succinctly "no car available"... outrageous! This company seems to be doing too well...

  1:10 a.m.: Taxi ordered and agreed to arrive between 2:30 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. 3:23 a.m.: Taxi still hasn't arrived, and no one answers. 3:28 a.m.: When you call again, you're disconnected after three dial-in signals. The bottom line: The taxi didn't arrive, the dispatcher didn't cancel the trip, and in the end, no one was available. That's another way to lose your customers.

  Hello, this company is a complete disaster. I called three times, was put off twice, and ultimately they didn't show up. The total wait time was 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! And that was in the middle of the night. Reliability should be a top priority for a taxi company. A very poor performance.

  Even one star is too much for this company! We ordered a taxi for 12pm and weren't picked up until 1:25am! After asking several times where our taxi was, from 12:30 a.m. we were told “it will be there in 15 minutes at the latest”!! It is an absolute disaster to make your customers wait 1 1/2 hours!! And then smoking in the taxi too. Absolute impudence like that! Never take this taxi again!!

  I have never experienced such a great taxi company. Every single driver is just nice. The boss deserves special mention, he is always helpful and has a good heart. If taxi then just Taxi Tina.
