The lockers did not open and we needed to wait for 10 min until a lady from the reception came to solve the issue which took less than 1 minute. Her argument was that people were wsiting to set the bill and she had to give them priority than clients tn their wet

The spa is amazing, many different saunas and relaxing rooms, hamams, pools and opportunities to relax and be in curated nature. The hotel was also quite good, the breakfast had plenty of options for all kinds of diets. The bars are also nice as well as the staff. There is a bit of a mixup with how information is presented, and nobody mentions so explicitly the nudist parts, which are very respectful and comfortable. And to note, the better saunas, larger area and more relaxing part is in the nudist part. Unfortunately, the restaurant is overpriced and not good quality, the staff is friendly but the organization is a bit off. After a day of relaxing I had to listen to someone cleaning and throwing cuttlery very loudly while having dinner. Also, we came in fully dressed and weren't allowed to use he terrace - we were not informed about it previously, and we would have not taken the time to get ready if it was communicated properly.

There were 2 inconvenient situations during my stay. I was booked for a massage with a male specialist instead of a female one, although I asked for a female stuff weeks in advance and adapted my schedule to be able to benefit from that option. Obviously, this was pretty disappointing. I decided not to take the massage but I was compensated for my stay which was a nice solution for the situation. The 2nd inconvenience is not the facility's fault. During the weekend there were of course a lot of guests and sadly, despite signs gently asking for silence, not everyone behaved quietly. Instead, some quests would conduct long and laud conversations, which was quite irritating. The situation dramatically improved in the nude section, it was much calmer there. Despite the above circumstances, I still enjoyed my stay. The facility is in a really nice location - the buildings are charming. There is everything you need to spend a nice day there. Despite the hiccup with my massage, I will probably give it another try in the future, maybe during the week vs. weekend.

What a delight! I turned a missed flight through Brussels into an unexpected, rejuvenating experience. The castle, thermals, saunas, lovely grounds… something I will always recall with fondness.

I would not go here again. Completely overpriced, as the balance between price and quality is entirely lost. The food in the restaurant is basic, but very expensive. If you decide to rent a towel and bathrobe, it's 12 euros for a pair of overused rags. I paid 77 euros for a 45-minute scrub, which ultimately lasted 20 minutes and the rest of the time I spent washing the scrub off. Furthermore, the Spa/Hotel uses a very untransparent system of billing, which is prone to fraud. The staff at reception was impatient, but at the same time unable to explain or recalculate the final amount on the bill. The location is nice, but the Hotel/Restaurant/Spa abuses the fact that there are no other facilities (restaurants/bars) nearby.
