  First time all nude sauna goer, I can say this place is great! It has a little of everything to try. It is small enough that you feel safe and comfortable but gives ample space to have privacy. The saunas are all in tip top shape. It gives old fashioned with a modern twist vibes. The food is wonderful . Definitely a must try

  Good location, small sauna but charming. It also has a really nice terrace area. Good relaxing saunas, and decent food besides a small menu and portions, and friendly staff. The only downside I can think of th is the privacy with the cameras in places that shouldn't be, on the other hand they make it clear with a sign in the sauna entrance.

  SHOCKING: Surveillance Cameras in Changing Rooms and Sauna Areas! I visited this sauna with a friend, and to our absolute horror, we discovered a camera mounted on the ceiling inside the changing room. This is a massive invasion of privacy — something I’ve never experienced at any other wellness facility. Out of concern, we started looking around and found multiple cameras installed throughout the premises. This includes areas where guests are supposed to feel safe, relaxed, and most importantly — private. This is deeply disturbing and, as far as I know, illegal in many countries. Everyone deserves to feel secure in a spa or sauna, especially in such vulnerable spaces. I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. Your safety, dignity, and privacy should never be compromised. BE WARNED.

  We were 4 people on a Monday Evening. We are not very expierenced Sauna- viditors. We had a very enjoyable evening. True.. it was not crowded and we had time and plenty of space to use all the nice baths, swimmingpool ( which is great in size) and the lounche facilities. We ate at the restaurant and were surprised by the quality and amount of very reasonable priced food. Staff was friendly. Great location. We walked from the Santpoort Train Station 1.8 km, a very nice path.

  Unfortunate Experience Regarding Entry Policy Review: I visited Spa Thermen Ridderrode on 25 April 2025, looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where I was denied entry based on a notice that was hastily sent without confirming whether I had received it. I was initially allowed to enter, but later stopped and asked to leave while using the facilities. There was no misconduct on my part (with witnesses present), yet I was treated in a way that made me feel discriminated against. I sincerely hope this was a misunderstanding and not reflective of the brand’s attitude toward new immigrants or minorities. I believe every guest deserves fair and respectful treatment. This experience was deeply disappointing. Notice of Legal Actions Should the company fail to formally respond and implement appropriate remedial measures within seven (7) calendar days, I will proceed to file official complaints and initiate legal actions with the following institutions: Netherlands Institute for Human Rights (College voor de Rechten van de Mens) Discrimination Reporting Platform (Discriminatie.nl) I further reserve the right to report the incident to the Dutch police and to pursue any and all available civil and criminal remedies.
