  We bought a sauna here and it never worked properly (only heats up to 45 degrees)! We sent it back twice and they never fix it and they also took forever to sent it back and didn’t even want to pay for the post charges! It still doesn’t work and this was two years ago. I am now taking somewhere fix privately, but the service here is horrible,specially considering the prices of their saunas :((!

  Great service. Excellent sauna. - The initial heating unit was slightly damaged during transport. SuperSauna replaced it right away. They were very responsive to questions and very helpful. The unit was delivered in reasonable time and I was able to assemble it fairly simply with the help of a neighbor. I've been using it nearly everyday for the last few weeks and it is an amazing addition to a corner of my bedroom which was not being used in anyway. Very happy with it. See the picture just after I'd finished assembly. It gets to ~90C/200F in ~45 minutes and holds temperature very well. And, it looks great too! Treat yourself. You'll be glad that you did.   Poor customer service. They gave us the wrong heater and no directions. Beware of this seller. Go with some a better broker.

  For the second time a sauna purchased at supersauna, now a barrel sauna! Super good service and the fitters Danny and Giel did a super good job. They are skilled in their profession, neat and very friendly. We are very happy with this service and a super nice sauna.
