  Good experience with Relax Outdoor, the communication is direct and clear. The quality of the Renson slatted canopy is very good and Relax Outdoor has mounted it very neatly.

  Upon arrival a beautiful and neat showroom, the good explanation and advice was the decisive factor for us to order the Spa (Caldera Tahitian) from you. And WhatsApp traffic went smoothly and any questions were answered promptly by Jereau. Finally the big day has arrived! (March 2023) Arrived right on time. Installation also went very smoothly and worked neatly! Unfortunately, they were unable to fully test it due to a power group that was slightly too light (in terms of installation), but they did look and think about what the problem could be and were able to preheat the bath. The next day this problem was resolved and we were able to enjoy the Spa! However, it turned out that the lighting could not be operated using the correct buttons, and 1 Jet did not work properly. This was neatly resolved during the service. During the service appointment, the employee again arrived on time and resolved the minor problems! Interim questions via telephone are also answered promptly and good explanations are given! Good and friendly staff as it should be. Definitely recommended to purchase a beautiful and good Spa here with excellent service! We haven't regretted purchasing it from you for a single day!!
