  I have had the sauna since mid-April 2025. I am very satisfied with the helpfulness of the medicab employees during the order. All my questions were answered in detail. The sauna itself works perfectly and the operation is very intuitive. I do have a few small feedback points that they can improve in order to get 5 stars. Firstly, the communication upon delivery is not so good. You can call from a certain time to ask when they will deliver. No one answers the phone. I called about five times, and sent a few text messages and no response. I was not notified half an hour before delivery as agreed. A second point of feedback I have about the sauna itself. The support of the ceiling was attached to the door side partly on the wooden plank and partly in a narrowing between two planks, which caused the slat to come loose during the assembly of the sauna (see photos). I filled this slat and reattached it, but this should actually have been resolved during production.

  I received my MediCab 2 yesterday afternoon. Easy to assemble in about 90 minutes including unpacking. Cleaning up the packaging took longer. Then put it into operation straight away and experienced your first sauna session. It was all very successful. You should treat yourself to the special features (3-in-1 spotlight, starry sky, LED light, cedar wood…). You feel comfortable straight away. Very good product, great service on the phone and by email, delivery on time by a very friendly, dedicated driver (not a shipping company). Everything perfect, definitely recommended!

  We are very happy with our sauna. Putting it together went fine. Some things were placed crookedly, such as the panel, the radiators were not completely straight in the cabin. We indicated this and they provided financial compensation for it. Very neatly completed. The sauna works great! We also recommended the sauna to family and received a small bonus bonus. They respond quickly to questions, in short, highly recommended!

  We are very satisfied with our Medicab 3 infrared cabin. The assembly went smoothly thanks to the clear manual. We have already done several sessions and really notice a difference in our muscles. In short: Very satisfied and highly recommended!
