  Your apps don’t work. It’s a disgrace to your clients. I would advise people to use another banking service since you don’t care. The ING commercial banking ‘application’ is borderline criminal.

  I lost 2360 euros in a geldmaat. They made me fill some details for weeks and weeks. Customer service has no idea who are they working for, its crazy calling a bank and having no customer representatives. They are so incapable of helping you. They gave me their update today saying that none of this happened with the wrong date and wrong amount of money. They STOLE my tuition fees. I just called the emergency line and she was answering rudely to me and not listening at all. Never open an account with this bank. You are disgusting.

  Horrendous. ING Netherlands has repeatedly blocked my account for no reason while I have lived overseas. Endless hours chatting with them each time to resolve. This is unacceptable and reflects the Dutch approach to customer service - none. This does not happen in Australia, not with ING Australia or other banks here. Truly a reflection of how much ING Netherlands cares about customers. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR OWN FUNDS

  The ING Bank, amongst other banks pours its customers' money into the devastation of the rainforest. Palm oil companies use that money to cut down jungle for the construction of palm oil plantations. 169 trees are felled every second. I don't want this to happen to my money. That's a very bad way to invest, especially now. The ING could easily invest our money in sustainable projects instead of those that will help destroy communities and eventually our planet. Change this now!
