  The wooden garden shed they sent was with fresh and wet wood (in stead of letting it dry for a few months which is normal practice for wood). So after 2 months when the temperature started to change, the garden shed almost fell apart and they don’t want to accept their fault. I spent an extra 300 euro to fix but they don’t want to refund anything or acknowledge their mistaken as they claim that by fixing it, I did not follow the instructions (which is the world upside down because by following the instructions the shed was showing wholes of 2 tot 3 cm and the door was not closing anymore)

  I’ve been trying to resolve an issue… I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with this company for several weeks now, and unfortunately, I’ve had no results. Initially, their phone support was very promising—friendly and eager to help. However, the tone completely changed when I reached out via email. Instead of offering solutions, they became tough and unhelpful. I only requested replacement parts for our blokhut, but they refused, claiming the factory didn’t want to send all the parts. This seems like an excuse rather than an effort to address the problem. Despite repeated attempts, they haven’t provided any meaningful assistance, leaving me stuck with an unresolved issue. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such delays and inconsistent communication. While their phone support gives a good impression, their email service and overall ability to resolve problems are deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

  Very bad! They do not stick to agreements. The delivery date is determined unilaterally, the garden house is not unloaded at the agreed location, and on the delivery day, we have to carry the parts of the garden house to the back ourselves. To top it all off, an additional charge is suddenly applied!

  Great product, easy to assemble. great simple easy to understand instructions from KETER, indeed i would recommend to have another solid platform to place it on. good value for the money, this PVC is much better option than wood or metal options i've seen - cost or maintenance. get it ! Also, shipment was fast and PostNL will tell you EXACTLY when you should be home with great tracking option.

  First time I bought a product on their site and I wasn't disappointed. I needed a little garden storage for building a technical room for my pool pump. On a side note, the Keter product is great for my needs as can see in the pics, but the delivery process was perfect and on time using the great PostNL Extra@Home. And all this in the middle of Corona. You got a happy new customer 👌
