  Love this spot, it's such a great value and so centrally located. They have 3 saunas: infrarood, salt and a steamroom. Plus a pool and a great rooftop to cool off on. They have lovely staff who are always very helpful, and the massages are world class, thanks to Olga. I have been many times, and really appreciate all of the updates they've been doing lately, it really feels freshened up. If you have been in the past but not recently, I would recommend giving it another try. It's not a super luxury high end spa but that's reflected in the price.

  First time visiting, even though we're neighbors and I'm not a spa-person. It seems like they've made a lot of updates on things that are mentioned in earlier reviews and a lot feels upgraded and new. It's clean and nicely decorated. It's a budget spa but it has everything and it's in the city center. The food is good and the staff is super friendly and helpful, even though it looks like they are slightly understaffed. The guy running both the reception desk and the bar was amazing, cheerful and attentive. He completely made our birthday spa-outing a success. I would absolutely recommend this place if you just want to relax with a friend, have some wine and have different saunas and a well heated indoor pool to hop into at the Biltstraat 👍

  The location is super convenient and the facilities aren’t too bad for the price, but the place feels abandoned. This is the 2nd time we’ve been here (a few months apart), and the steam room door is still broken, making this horrible screeching noise every time you open it. Both hairdryers are out of order (with temps at 1ºC outside!), and all nine shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers were empty. Nine! People were yelling in the pool for a long time and there was no one around to do anything about it. Come on guys, it’s such a shame. Just fixing some basic stuff and doing a bit of maintenance could turn this into a great budget-friendly spot in a nice location, but it seems like no one cares.

  We visited this wellness centre in the beginning of February and was a reasonable experience until. I was already disappointed with all the hidden costs such as locker, adminstration fees etc. as I booked it through social deals website and then had to pay all the additional costs. Anyway, had a good time then and when it came to paying for the food, all the prices were increased and only realized after paying that they increased the prices but too lazy to change it on their menus.. After a nice relaxing evening, not how you want to end it. They gave us a free entry voucher for the next visit and tried to book it now, but on their menus website booking under voucher, it’s anything but free. Tried to call them to find out how I should book it, at first the phone just rang, and now it’s just not available and have been trying all day. Also left a message on whatsapp, no reply. Not a place I would go to again after this experience even with the “free” entree vouchers

  Very nice, small and cozy place to relax. The place was mostly empty when I visited (Sunday afternoon), so I could enjoy all services with no problem. The only thing to improve is the availability of the scrubbing salt, they didn't have it that day, so it felt like a service less.
