If I could I would ve given 0 stars, very unprofessional, we booked for 4 hours and payed the deposit, then when we arrived there, they tell us that it was canceled because one of there workers didn't register our reservation as payed (deposit). canceled my plans for that, and they didn't even offer a good solution that could maybe fix the situation, instead they just say "we can not do anything about it" very bad service. i'm never going back there for sure and all the group of people that were with me are not going back there either. Very disappointing.

Beautiful spa, with three separate units for full privacy. We have tried all three units and all of them a very nice, with their own style. Everything is always very clean. We also took a breakfast one time and this was also very good, more than enough to choose from.
