  After I had connected the printed circuit board of my Jacuzzi myself, after which the pump no longer worked properly and I wanted to order a new control panel by telephone at Finesse Wellness, the employee first asked to describe the problem. After two telephone calls, it turned out that I had connected a plug incorrectly. Great that there are still companies that want to help you so patiently and kindly. So 5 stars from me for this top company.

  What a wonderful jacuzzi! From purchase to delivery, everything is perfectly organized by Finesse Wellness. Michiel leaves nothing to chance, everything has been thought of. This is how every company should work! And the Topaz Platinum Spas jacuzzi is fantastic; high quality, powerful adjustable jets, in short, top wellness in your own garden!

  Finesse Wellness B.V. I can highly recommend from Zwolle/NL. After an extensive search, we decided on the company, which was approx. 380 km away from us, and purchased a Whirlpool Vortex Nitro (latest model). From the consultation to the installation, everything went perfectly. Michiel is a very friendly and competent company boss. The Australian Vortex quality and the chip pumps and controls installed in the whirlpool are particularly top. Finesse Wellness also impresses with its excellent support and response time to inquiries. That's worth its weight in gold. We have been hot tub owners for many years. That's why we know what's important. This is primarily quality and service if you want to enjoy it for a long time. Compared to our old whirlpool, we save significantly on energy costs. The heating took place within 6 hours at almost 3 degrees Celsius per hour (extraordinarily almost 6 KW heating output). Be sure to also order the Avante package and the Hydrojet package as well as WiFi. Overall, it was worth looking beyond Germany when searching. Vortex belongs to the market leader Jacuzzi, same quality but much more attractive in price.

  Incredibly satisfied with the advice and installation of our hot tub. We had good guidance during our orientation in Zwolle. We received clear and honest advice about our options within our wish list. Even with surprises during delivery, Michiel and Roy remained professionals, they continued to think along with us about the best result. Our hot tub is now enhancing our garden and we can't wait to step into it for the first time. One thing is for sure; we are going to have a lot of fun with our hot tub!
