  I loved my experience at Essence! I took my friend here who had a massage, and I had a facial. Both treatments left us feeling so relaxed and amazing. The spa area and facilities are super nice too but the most wonderful thing about our experience was the staff; both therapists were not just extremely knowledgeable they were also the kindest, warmest and most welcoming and did everything they could to give us a perfect experience! I can highly, highly recommend!

  Risa was incredible. Very welcoming, amazing massage technique, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. I had a lot of stress and tension in my body, especially in my shoulders. Risa managed to work on all the knots in my shoulders without pain. I highly recommend this spa if you need a mini getaway! The sauna was great too!

  Had a signature massage and i 100% reccomend. The therapist was professional, asked me what areas i wanted to focus on and made the whole experience very relaxing. The space is also clean, modern Nd beautiful. Loved the sauna after my massage too.

  Small and beautiful facilities. Catriona was excellent, but I didn't want my massage to end. I feel so relaxed. After the massage, you can use the sauna and sit in the relaxation area. I chilled out for ages, drinking tea. Complete Bliss.
