It's maybe one of the best saunas I've been so far. The chill area is comfortable, the dark rooms and the private rooms have always condoms and lube available. The location is perfect near Amsterdam central. It's a good place to be one night after the party

I wasn’t going to write a review, but after this happening more than once, I feel like I have to. I usually come to the sauna and always have an amazing time the facilities are clean, and I truly enjoyed my visits. However, last night was a completely different experience. I felt totally discriminated against because I had one beer before coming to the sauna. Since when do the security staff get to act like experts on someone’s drinking habits or behavior? I had one beer after work, planning just to relax in the sauna nowhere else. Yet, I was treated as if I was drunk. The security and the staff member behind the counter were both extremely rude about it, and that’s what bothers me the most the lack of respect and professionalism. After this experience, I will never come back. I would rather go to the sauna in Arnhem, where the people know how to treat guests properly, than ever return here. You lost a loyal customer because you clearly don’t know how to speak to people with basic decency. I know if Bryan was there I would have been treated better and more respectful.

I went on a Monday afternoon. The place was packed! One of the things I love is that you’re able to get as wild or mild as you would like to. Consent is king and everyone respected each other. There were all (legal) ages and body types and I noticed cleaning staff several times. At no time did I feel like the place was unclean. Despite being crazy busy, the staff were calm, inviting, and informative. This is now my favourite spa in Europe!

I recently visited the NZ Gay Sauna in Amsterdam and had an amazing experience! The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. The sauna itself was fantastic, with a range of temperatures and a nice cool-down area. The crowd was diverse and friendly, with a good mix of locals and tourists. I appreciated the little extras, such as the free towels and the reasonably priced drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend the NZ Gay Sauna to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing experience in Amsterdam.

Nice little sauna. Neat and relatively clean. Centrally located. The towels were nice. A dry sauna could be a little hotter. Steam room ok, with the option to go around. Limited cruising area. One free drink. Very small and uncomfortable lockers. Limited food options. No dining tables. My biggest problem with this sauna was the audience. 75+ gentlemen. For this reason, I didn't want to go into the dark rooms because the probability of running into a very elderly gentleman was 95%. Unfortunately, for this reason, there are fewer and fewer young people in most European saunas due to the invasion of the ancients. Of course, the sauna is not to blame for this, but it largely determined my lack of desire to go there. It's probably a matter of marketing strategy to attract more young people.
