  It was lovely to reconnect with a Hammam from the SWANA region. The staff is lovely and were very patient with my poor Dutch language skills. While generally it was a good experience, it would be a lot more appreciated to have more clarity on the process. I was invited to enter and was given zero instructions. The point of going to a Hammam is to relax, finding myself a bit stressed out and not knowing what to access when was not the best. Also I had asked for scrubbing and massage and it took over two hours of waiting I had to ask multiple times. A little bit more follow up with clients would have been nice.

  Too bad there are no mixed days, would like to go with my wife, and it seems to be no naked sauna. It’s weird to be in the sauna with wear.

  It was the first time I visited De Sphinx and I was welcomed very warmly. Upon arrival I was immediately well informed about all the options. In addition, I was assigned someone who showed me around the entire accommodation. The changing rooms are very neat and hygienic. This is the place where you put on your slippers first and take them off last. I immediately noticed that there was no mud or dirt at all. During my visit I noticed that this is because the rooms are structurally and thoroughly cleaned. After placing my things in a locker, I entered the shower room. Behind this are the various saunas, jacuzzis and a separate scrub room. The atmosphere is friendly and there is a lot of laughter. I really enjoyed this! The fact that certain rooms are separated makes it extra ideal for me. I will definitely visit The Sphinx more often.

  Alhamdullilah! A wonderful experience at De Sphinx. I recently visited Sphinx and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The owner is incredibly friendly and hospitable, which immediately created a relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are clean, modern and perfectly maintained. The saunas are wonderfully warm, the steam room is refreshing and the relaxation rooms are really a place to relax. What I especially appreciated is that everything is arranged with respect for Islamic norms and values, which made me feel completely at ease. In addition, there was also attention to detail in the service. Whether it was a fresh cup of tea or a little chat with the owners, everything contributed to a luxurious and relaxing experience. I can recommend this sauna to anyone looking for a soothing, respectful and high-quality wellness experience. I will definitely come back here!

  I had a fantastic experience at this hammam! The employees were incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome. The service was excellent, everything was taken care of down to the last detail. What also struck me was the pleasant atmosphere among the visitors, which made the stay even more pleasant. The scrubbing experience was wonderful and really felt like a moment of pampering. Definitely recommended and I will definitely come back!
