  Well worth a visit! Fantastic staff, friendly guests. Loose track of time and relax with nothing but your towel and slippers. Recommend taking a book with you on a sunny day

  It’s really a good experience if you wan’t to relax alone or with your partner. The decor is amazing, the choice of rooms to relax is really great. The food is amazing to taste and the staff is really friendly !

  Fantastic experience, a very clean place and a very relaxing atmosphere. All facilities look modern, a good variety of saunas and pools/tubs, as well as procedures. Delicious food too and pleasant vibe in the restaurant

  I went there a few months ago and a member of staff stood on my ray-ban sunglasses that were on the floor next to the entrance of a sauna, with so much force that it left big marks on both lenses, making them completely unusable. Yes, they had a space for glasses, which I hadn't seen, however mine were in a very safe spot and totally out of the way, which made me believe that Fort Resort Beemster were responsible for this and should have compensated me financially, as a way of replacing them. I offered for the amount to reflect the time I had owned the sunglasses, but they refused and only offered 2 free entries instead. Not happy at all with the way they handled my complaint so 1-star it is. Update following Fort Resort Beemster's review: Yes, house rules are one thing, but customer service is another. I had clearly indicated in my complaint to you that unnecessary (excessive?) force had clearly been applied to my glasses by your member of staff (more than merely standing on them that's for sure), which meant that a more appropriate response should have been applied. Good that you mention you offered me 2 tickets, but I did mention this in my review, plus I had also told you in our exchanges that I would refuse these as I was unhappy with the way my complaint was handled, and that, effectively, 2 entires doesn't cost you anything.
