  such a cute restaurant! the staff was very friendly and helpful. the food was cozy and delicious - especially the okra soup! the injera was on a less fermented/sour side. we would‘ve appreciated a platter with different side dishes instead of only one main dish (there was options for bigger platters with many main dishes as i understood form the price).

  We felt welcome as soon as we entered. The restaurant smelled great and sparked our appetite immediately. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and well-presented. As someone with a big appetite, I just wish the portions were a bit bigger. Overall, it was a great dining experience! I will definitely visit again.

  One of the best places to eat Eritrean food. The waiter was friendly and very patient with our group of 9 indecisive family members. The food was delicious. We were celebrating a family member’s birthday and they played a birthday song while bringing dessert out for him. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Amsterdam! Thank you!

  Super amazing food. With a group of friends, we shared dishes (both vegetarian and meaty dishes), and everything was phenomenal. We can't wait to return, and the people here are so lovely and charming! A new favorite, to be sure. Bonus points for amazing authentic music and pleasant lighting!

  Really, yummy grub here!!!! The Injera was fantastic ( some I've had in the past can be a bit too sour), but this one is amazing!! I'm looking forward to my next visit!!
