  Very tasty and reasonably priced. Good variety of options to satisfy everyone’s cravings (nice fish entrees or burgers and fries for example). The dishes are also creative, for example the Dorade was a nice combination of textures and flavors and the Witlof Ceviche appetizer was a pleasant surprise. I think the bread starter and Madeline’s dessert needs improvement as they were more dry and not very flavorful. Service was friendly however not very prompt even on a slow evening for dinner at 19.30 where only 2 other tables were dining with us. The ambiance inside was relaxing and with good lighting.

  Absolutely very impressive venue! After a long afternoon, running around in the dunes, it's great to take a seat on their terrace. But, both waitresses were not very friendly. At first they asked immediately what we wanted to drink. We wanted to see the card first. Then they did not show up anymore. When I went inside to tell we were ready to order, the waitress rolled her eyes! Finally another waitress came to take our order. We wanted coffee and pastries. Instead of telling us what pastries they had, she sent us inside to choose. But, we didn't know what it was! It all looked delicious. Luckily "the rollled her eyes" waitress came to help. We had a wonderful time but the waitresses could be more friendly.

  We took the special 4 course option. It's the chef's suggestions and I have to say, they did not disappoint! The mains really blew me away. It's not often I've come away from a restaurant so impressed by the level of quality and service, particularly in the Netherlands, where the price is very reasonable. We'll be dropping by again.

  We went there for some coffee and ended up having lunch as the menu showed some great options. We had the typical Dutch tosti, with ham and Parmesan, and kroketten. Both came with a nice side salad. Tasted wonderful! So everything turned out great. The start was a bit awkward as we were waiting, no one said anything, and only once we moved towards a table, someone asked ‘can I help you’. Bit weird.
