The hotel itself is tidy and clean. Rooms are open and nicely decorated but a bit small. Same for the wellness area. Menue in the Restaurant is also rather small but sufficient. Kitchen should do some training on how to cook Steaks Rare, Medium, Well Done and inbetween. Especially to mention is Jip. Nice Service, nice to watch

Wow Wow what a wonderful place, so romantic , I was a hotel inspector for large chain hotels in London so my verdict is based on my experience , everything was absolutely perfect, as we arrived the receptionist Zoe was extremely helpful, the senior lady manager was superb. The room is exceptionally comfortable, and well equipped, the spa is wonderful , proper steam room, excellent sauna , clean pool I am a regular visitor to NL and I would love to make this hotel is my second home. Thank you all Dino & Mariana

We have stayed now 3 different times and we love this place. Such a nice relaxed atmosphere. We love that there is the wellness part, restaurant, nice lounge area and outdoor areas. For us this is perfect !

Don't stay here. I had an issue with my booking and was charged for 2 rooms. Both the hotel and booking.com blamed each other and won't refund the 2nd room (which was cancelled within 30 mins of making the booking) This poor customer service makes me never want to return despite it being quite a nice venue

The hotel is brand new and well designed. Staff is young and very friendly. We were mainly puzzled by some of the choices made by management; the hotel is spot in the middle of nowhere, yet the bar closes at 22:00 (also on weekends). There are a lot of amenities aimed at kids (fruit park, midget golf, playfully designed beds), yet there has to be silence in the pool area. They sell half board, excluding drinks, yet the attention for empty glasses is very low (at some point we were served starters before taking our drinks orders). There is definitely room for improvement and focus.
