  Nice place but activities are limited for the ones who want to stay more than 3 days. Additionally the pool is not controlled by the staff (who came ,who exit, nobody knows). Of course the pool is very dirty and not hygienic. The signs says forbidden to play ball in side the pool but nobody cares due to being uncontrolled by a staff.

  My wife and I chose this location for our holiday based on a recommendation from friends. The location, food, and weather were all fine, but the main reason we loved it was the animation staff provided by Europarcs. We came with our two children, aged 5 and 8, and were impressed by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The animators always had big smiles and did their best to make everyone feel involved, both kids and parents. The dedication of the team made us feel safe and happy, and we were impressed by their effort to speak to us in German (we're from Weiden, DE). Our kids enjoyed activities like archery and disco swimming, and they had a blast! Everything was very well done and organized. I wanted to leave this review because our oldest daughter has always had trouble socializing with other kids and often ends up playing alone. We can't describe the happiness my wife and I felt when we saw her playing and interacting with other children, thanks to the empathy and kindness of the animation team. Well done, see you next year!

  Booked with Q-dance for Defqon 1, arrived with early check in, GREAT, got to accomodation and it was 36 degrees in our Tiny house which was advertised with air conditioning on their website (no air conditioning) was cooler outside then in, but couldn’t open windows or door or be outside because of mosquitos, we then bought repellent but still couldn’t open the doors as they would fly in. Asked about aircon and they said they would potentially find us another room but then changed their minds and said we had to contact Q-dance because we booked through them even though EuroParcs advertised aircon in the Tiny House on website. No towels, bath mat, hand towel and no information on the towel situation, had to pay money to rent towels and then also wasn’t given any bath mat. No hand soap. Provided cooking equipment and utensils but no dishwashing liquid or drying towel, had to buy things to do so. Had to make your own bed with the linen that they put on your bed in bags. No information on how to lock the door. Was easier to drive then walk up to the reception desk or shop because it was so far away and if you had an queries you had to go all the way to the reception desk at the front of the park. Was really excited to stay in a tiny house but was super disappointed, checked out early and stayed somewhere else the last night. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Scammers. They stole €100 from me. They say I damaged the chairs in the property and didn’t return the deposit. I stayed at the property alone, no friends, no parties, just chill. I don’t even drink alcohol. I’m not even sure if I used those chairs since I always took food at the table outside. Avoid at any cost.

  Worst experiene we ever had – noise from the sports field for 15 hours every day Our time at this parc was incredibly disappointing, overshadowed by relentless noise from the nearby sports field that persisted for a staggering 15 hours each day. Even though we really wanted to enjoy our time in apartment 34 Havik with our two-year-old son, we were always bothered by disruptions. From 7 am until late at night, the noise of footballs/basketballs bouncing and loud shouting from the sports field filled our home, taking away any chance for us and our toddler to have peace and quiet. Unfortunately, the staff proved unhelpful and claimed full occupancy, despite several available apartments at the time of our inquiry. Despite our repeated complaints, they failed to follow through on their promise to address the noise issue by sending a colleague to enforce quiet hours late in the evening. This lack of consideration and action from the staff left us feeling ignored and our situation unresolved. Sadly, we cannot recommend this parc, especially for families with young children who need a quiet place to sleep. We've never stayed in accommodations so close to a noisy sports venue without any efforts to reduce nighttime disturbances. Our time at Europarcs was the worst we've ever had. We felt completely abandoned, with no effort made to improve our stay. We won't be returning.
