  Great Stay with Stunning Views – But Room Service Needs Serious Attention The location is amazing—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The view from the hotel is a definite highlight! That said, getting there can be a bit tricky. Public transport involves both train and bus connections, and ride-share options like Uber or Bolt can get a bit pricey. The spa and pool area were fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and super relaxing. A great way to recharge! However, I did run into a few issues that took away from an otherwise pleasant stay: • Room service was incredibly slow, and trays left outside guest rooms—including across from mine—sat there from the afternoon until late the next night without being cleared. This wasn’t just a one-time issue; other reviews mention the same. • The 24/7 room service menu is misleading. While it claims to offer full meals, in reality, the only item available was pizza—not ideal when you expect more variety, especially late at night. • The bar is advertised to stay open until midnight, but when I returned to the hotel on a Tuesday night, it was already closed. The reason? The only bartender was off that day, and the front desk was short-staffed. It’s a shame because the property itself is lovely and has a lot of potential. If the service side—especially room service and staffing—were improved, this would easily be a top-tier stay.

  Overal a brilliant stay, celebrated My birthday with boyfriend. Really liked the balcony with golf field view, spacious room, design, friendly service and overall atmosphere. The only thing is that in the hotel information it says about 24/7 room service, but in the app at 10 p.m. there was already nothing available, only since 12 p.m.

  Nice place, but I expected more from Hilton. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh and better soundproofing. The spa should also be restricted to adults for a more relaxing experience. They forgot to provide bathrobes in our room, and there were no slippers either—the ones we eventually received were quite worn out, with parts falling apart. It would also be nice to have water provided in the room.

  We had an amazing time in this beautiful place. We completely disconnected from the outside world and we loved it. Luna at front desk has been really kind. Breakfast team, restaurant team, housekeeping team were so good at their job and nice. (The expresso martini was better than mine and I mean it, I will now do it your way) The food at the restaurant is an other level, vegetarian dishes are simply marvelous. The breakfast is healthy, fresh, beautiful. Thank you for this first time in your hotel and certainly not the last.

  This is a very pleasant location with awesome staff. Golfers are well catered for as well. We had a conference at the location, good sized facilities and the restaurant is also a delight.
