  Amazing fine dining spot in Utrecht. The dishes are small but meant to impress. The have a 6 course set menue but also a a la carte option. I highly recommend going with the set menue though. The wines are amazing and the staff is great at pairing the wines with the food. The pictures are from the set menue!

  Great fine dining experience, the chef’s menu is exquisite, and the service is excellent. I wasn’t a fan of the fact that it is not possible to order a la carte if one person at the table wants to have the chef’s menu. Furthermore, there is no flexibility in changing dishes when one is practically forced to adhere to others at the table ordering the menu, where when a main that is much cheaper is requested, the person in question would still have to pay an additional fee on top of the menu price to have the dish they like. I would like to see more flexibility in a fine dining menu.

  This place serves great food! It is important to come prepared with an appetite. You could indulge in a 4 course meal or you could get greedy and go for 6. Of course each course is paired with a different wine! The food looks great and each dish is worthy of an Instagram picture. Everything tasted right for me. Each course brought with it newer textures and a different set of flavours. And this interplay only created an anticipation for what was supposed to arrive next. In a meal with many courses, I think the biggest competition for a chef is that would the next dish top what was just served our will the guests come back and say that the earlier dishes were better! The chef won! So great food, great wine, great service and you know why the rating!

  Enjoyed an amazing 6 course dinner! We were sat at the bar on the first floor, which guaranteed us a very personal and direct service. The staff is extremely knowledgable and well informed, as well as able to give us great recommendations on courses and wine pairings. I would advise to make a reservation beforehand. Don’t come here with too large of a group. Enjoy your time here; no need to order much - just order well. Ask the staff what food/wines they recommend.

  We had a great time at Fico! Fico offers a spacious layout with great views of the harbor and surrounds. The service was great, and the courses were superb. I would definitely recommend Fico to anyone looking for a fine experience!
