We've been stuck with a shop system for weeks. That never really worked, but they didn't take money for anything. Dunning proceedings to recover money are already underway. We were also constantly told that we would never be called back, and in the end they even wanted hundreds of euros from us and would never have CashDesk again.

Competent support, price performance definitely fits! If you have any questions or need help, you can always reach the company straight away, no matter what your wishes are, they will be dealt with quickly. CashDesk is definitely one of the best companies where small and medium-sized businesses are in good hands. You can work easily and smoothly with the cash register software (time recording employees, various payment methods, 13% lower costs without delivery... and much more..) for us Cash Desk only has advantages and the fact that a website can even be created according to your wishes. Overall very satisfied 👍👏

I'm supposed to test a demo by entrusting my laptop to a stranger via Team Viewer. When I don't accept this, the employee on the phone becomes quite rude. That's not a good way to sell your products in such an unprofessional manner. ########ADDENDUM 03/05/2020 ########## I have to change the rating from two stars to one. The employee from yesterday called me again today with a blocked number and asked me if I wanted to watch the demo. I'm no longer interested. He then laughed scornfully over the phone. We just received a very bad review on Google for our restaurant. We discovered that no one had placed an order with us at all. We will forward the matter to our lawyer. Google must provide the IP address upon request from our lawyer.
