  What poor customer service this company has... Tried several times to contact the help desk as my system keeps giving error messages and does not receive receipts even though people have paid. Then being hung up on twice by a lady on the service desk who speaks poor Dutch and is difficult to understand. No solution is sought and no response is given to my problem with cashdesk. Ridiculous and this causes business damage! As a hardworking entrepreneur, you just want your software system to work if you have paid a lot of money for it. I would therefore advise against Cashdesk to everyone!! Believe it or not, they leave you out in the cold when you need them most.
