  During my order call they said that they are overwhelmed and cannot take my ride in the requested time. Even though I couldn't use their service, I appreciate the honest and clear talk in time.

  I was very satisfied with the service. The only company that was able to offer me a ride at 5 am without prior booking, while all others rejected my request in a pretty rude manner. The driver came within 5 minutes of the call, payment by card was available. The only reason I was able to catch my train really.

  Taxi in Gent: Bad service ! They don't turn on the clocks and always leave the passenger in the worst place! We had to go up two stairs with heavy suitcases, when very close there was a stop at the Trains level. If possible NEVER use the taxi services in Gent !
