  After several orders (which were great) we stumbled upon their unprofessionality yesterday. We had ordered a deluxe XL burger, which included a special bun with at least: bacon, onions, lettuce, and a fried egg. What I got was a simple small white bun with onions, bacon and a fried egg, the burger itself was nowhere to be found. It was quite gross, as it tasted like a fat, mushy bun, without any other taste than onions and bacon. After contacting them about it, the female that was 'helping' us said that their 'burgers' never included a hamburger (which was clearly a lie because we ordered the exact same menu item before). I've did my best searching for any definition of the word "burger" meaning anything else except a hamburger, without any success. The only lead I could find was the dutch word: burger which would mean citizen or civilian, which would be something you may not sell by law over here. After confronting them about this and stating clearly they didn't delivered what they sold us, they hid behind their own menu, stood by their opinion of a 'burger' and showed no action to honor the purchase agreement we had. We've already noticed several cases of this behavior before, but that didn't bothered us that much at the time. This will be reported to the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). And from now on we'll never be ordering from them again. PS. They removed all burgers from their menu after I've confronted them about it, but still no sign of them honoring our purchase agreement.

  Always, always late... not to even mention food is half cold.. They put fry herbs on it when you ask for salt.. bleh.

  I can't do a review about the food but the somewhat older delivery guy drives like a madman through Drachten cutting corners! And where my children play 50-60 through a residential area. Idiot
