Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The impressions are generally positive. The room was clean, cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the window. The staff is polite and always ready to help - it’s especially nice that they speak several languages at the reception.

Had an amazing stay ! The spa has everything you can wish for, the food was great and the room absolutely perfect. Special thanks to Sylvie and the front office team for making our 1 year anniversary wonderful ❤️

The spa was excellent, very spacious and many sauna options. it felt clean (except for the sunbeds that had some bird poop). we enjoyed it a lot. The rest was "Eh'". the room was ok but I really expected something that would be more tastefully designed and more inviting. A small rock as a welcome present was a bit strange (a small bottle of wine would be a good start for the price we paid..) The food was quite horrible. we took dinner at NJoy and breakfast. Dinner had 3 courses, for vegetarians there was only one option. the starter was so bad that I left it half eaten (celery carpacio with pickles and lettuce). Risotto was quite weird, with dill and really too many things in it. it was ok but really not delicious. the desert was ok. Breakfast buffet was very limited - super tired and soggy tomato and cucumber (with dill again!), very limited cheese selection. something that is supposed to be jam, they only made fresh fried eggs and the served most disgusting scrabbled egg that felt like prison food. I couldn't drink the machine coffee and the juice was not with real fruit. REALLY not what we expected ... I will definitely recommend the spa but that's it.

I've been in about 10 different saunas in the Netherlands and this is so far the best one. Huge place, nice location, difficult to explore all in 1 day and great food

I purchased a gift card on 30.04.2025, but it still hasn’t been delivered yet. Over 10 days have passed with no proper update, no tracking number, and no customer-focused communication. I even emailed them to follow up and asked—if delivery would take longer—whether they could send a digital version instead. I also clearly requested that the price difference (including the shipping cost) be refunded in that case. Still, I’ve received no helpful response. This card was meant to be a gift, and the delay completely ruined that purpose. I shouldn’t be penalized for poor logistics and lack of service. If this isn’t resolved, I will contact the consumer protection authority. I share my experience to people aware before they encounter such approach.
