Great food and drinks with a trendy vibe on the canal. Part of a boutique hotel and restaurant is lively with good steaks, fish and cocktails. I had a negroni and my colleague had an old fashioned. Both classic versions although they had their own versions you could try. My whole fish was ridiculously good and tender.

The food was good but not the best in this city. The spaghetti dish was lacking flavor and had to add salt and pepper to adjust the taste. The problem here is that I remember adding salt to my food this only time in the last 5 years. The other stuff was just okay and the burger turned out to be the best dish out of everything we ordered. Lastly, the waiter completely forgot the bittenballen…

Dined here twice for dinner while staying at Andaz. Both times service was inattentive and slow, and food quality was inconsistent We had the spaghetti a aglio twice - once with lobster (an extortionate 15 euros for literally 1 piece). The first time the dish was done well, the second time, the spaghetti was oily and soggy.

Cocktail bar hotel feeling, but they didn’t forget about food quality. They serve different menus for lunch and dinner, both full of good dishes and flavors. The burger with aged Amsterdam cheese is a MUST.

Went here for the cocktails and were not disappointed! The signature drinks are all very creative and different. From the many we tried the Butter Gimlet & the Sylvan Gimlet were our favourites! We sat at the bar and had a great chat with the bartenders as well. All in all, we had a great time and would always come back! Thanks for an amazing night with delicious drinks!
