  Unfortunately, the service was very poor. I didn't realize that check-in was only possible until 9:00 PM and that a request for late check-in needed to be made 24 hours in advance. This was inconvenient, especially since I booked the room on the same day I planned to stay. No one called me or left a message offering to pick up the key from a box. As a result, when I arrived around midnight, I found myself in an unpleasant situation and couldn't check in. The only good thing was that I could cancel my booking "anytime," so I had to search for another hotel.

  I recently stayed at Hotel Biedermeier in Dortmund, and I can honestly say it was perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they even gave us a warm welcome with a small complimentary drink. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for – a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a spacious bathroom stocked with premium toiletries.

  One of the very best steaks I have had. Service was amazing, our server was polite, friendly, a great translator and all round amazing. Can not wait to go back on my next vacation.
