I heard so many good things about the Keg and was excited to try it out. However, When I called to place an order, a young lady answered the phone with a dreadful sounding "hello" and not even "hello the keg how can I help?". Almost thought I had the wrong number. I was then told to wait and the lady proceeded to carry the phone with her while talking to other workers unprofessionally and very loudly. I was appalled at the lack of customer service skills and training this individual has. The food was okay but a bit small and overpriced. Regardless, I will definitely go back and try something else

Great food, great environment and really good value. Loaded fries are very loaded and can feed 2 people easily. On Fridays they do roast chicken which is basically wings at $1/piece. Totally worth it and very very tasty!!

The staff?was nice and friendly! Supervisor/staff?it was his birthday which was not to far from my birthday but that guy?was a vibes ,he did not only treat me and my friends with respect but he also made us laugh alot,his energy?love it! The service we got was excellent!When the food was ready or we wanted drinks?we did not have to wait long we got it right away! The music?a vibe! KEG restaurant/grill and bar?would definitely see my face once again!

We come for Vincy Carnaval and stay close by this place. We were impressed by the kindness of the staff and OMG You must try the burger. 10 of 10, cut meat, fresh veggies, and the fries have real test. If you come to Vincy, make a stop here
