  Do not do business with this party. Expectations were high, but security was hard to find. I had to check all the work for errors. VAT returns were always submitted at the very last minute (often during the weekend). Requested several times to have the declarations ready earlier. There was not even a response to that. Annual returns are filed months to years late and I'm still waiting. 2023 would be submitted in November 2024. Not a party you are waiting for if you put your trust in a party to take care of things for you. No value for money just headaches.

  Worthless desk. Tipped by a moneybird expert, but what an unprofessional mess. Communication was extremely difficult, strange things happened. Ultimately, I think the declaration was in order. I only received an invoice a year later and had honestly forgotten about it. Invoice was strange, name and address did not match, layout and layout was strange. I also received a pay.nl payment link. I didn't trust it one bit. But I also saw that I had indeed not paid yet, so I transferred the invoice in the hope that it will at least reach the right people. Communication about this was also pointless, they read what they want and ignore the rest. Addition: Immediately received an email, again with typos (in almost every email). That this review does not demonstrate ethical virtue and lack of moral compass. Once again they ignore my point in both email and this review. They mention that I indicate that they have been negligent in their service and that I have been negligent (with payment I assume). While I am explicitly saying here that the declaration itself was ultimately in order and I only received a first invoice after far too long a period. So it's about communication. But they just don't understand that :)

  At the request of my ex-partner and without my permission, this advisor filed an incorrect income tax return on my behalf. Inquiries did not lead to a response, several requests by email remained unanswered. Be careful before you ever do business with Qtes. * addition: now a response to my emails with a threat to "take me to court" if I do not delete this review. However, they refuse to respond substantively.
