  I stopped counting how many times you lost my package or delivered wrong address. Today again, I was waiting becouse "you were sorry for delay, but you were working hard to deliver no later than 22:00" and what??? I checked on-line trucking and guess- it is delivered!!!! Just not to me!!!!

  I sent packages from Russia to Sweden to my daughter with Christmas presents. On November 20, the package arrived in the Netherlands and disappeared without a trace. I was in contact with you several times but never got help because the package cannot be tracked because it is sent abroad and only goes through one of the sorting centers in the Netherlands. I had opened an investigation to find my package but received a response that the package is damaged or stolen and Postnl does not send any answers about what happened to the package. In addition, I am one of a hundred more victims who sent their package abroad and they disappeared without a trace in Postnl. My question is what is going on there? What is this black hole where packages disappear and there is no answer or knowledgeable staff who can help me??? What world do you live in where you think it is okay to do this to customers???
